Wings level 3

To create level 2 wings you need to do the following:
Find chaos goblin (Sanctum 149x87 or Arctus 54x52)

Step 1. Create Condor's Feather

• Wings level 2 +9~+15 add options +4~+28
• Jewel of Soul 10
• Jewel of Bless 10
• Jewel of Chaos 1
• Jewel of Creation 1
• Item ancient +7~+15 add options +4~+28

If successful, you will receive a Condor Feather

Step 2. Create wings level 3

• Condor Feather
• Condor Flame
• Jewel of Soul 10
• Jewel of Bless 10
• Jewel of Chaos 1
• Jewel of Creation 1
• Exc item +9~+15 add options +4~+28

If successful, you will receive a random level 3 wing.
